Pyritized Ammonite Necklace
Ohhhhh, this is really special!
It’s a pyritized ammonite slice. During the fossIlization of the ammonite pyrite replaced its body creating this permanent, preserved beauty!
Polished around the outside and left natural, drusy black on the inside.
I’ve wire wrapped an iridescent flash moonstone on one side and added a rare blood red spinel at the clasp. Wear either side up, they are both equally beautiful but different.
What a rare treasure !
